7-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, an item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
START A RETURN
Email info@evolvebean.com to start a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
